“Here is a photo of the very first sunbeams touching the Hamilton Harbour”, writes Sergey Tesker. “I shot it at exactly 7:06 a.m., the official sunrise time on March 29, 2016”.
Before the sun came up, the sky displayed a red glow as if it was on fire! Taken at the Brant Street Pier in Burlington by Karen Cunningham.

I took this shot from my front door on January 8, 2016. The sunrise was gorgeous looking out toward the city of Hamilton. It’s always a beautiful view but that morning was particularly stunning! Submitted by Gina Furlong.
